Our Story

We've always believed that life is better with dogs. Growing up, we were surrounded by wagging tails and wet noses — dogs weren't just pets, they were family. Over the years, we've fostered several rescues, each one teaching us more about patience, love, and the joy of giving dogs the life they deserve.

Our home, our weekends, and our hearts have always been full of dogs, and they've inspired everything we do.

We know a quick walk around the block isn't enough for most pups. Dogs are explorers at heart — they need stimulation, new scents, space to run, and the freedom to just be dogs. Without it, they can become restless, anxious, or bored.

Adventure time isn't just about exercise. It's about confidence, balance, and joy. After every beach run or trail hike, we see the same thing: tired paws, wagging tails, and happy, calm pups ready to snuggle at home.

The Bay Area is our backyard and we've spent countless weekends exploring its dog-friendly beaches, hiking trails, and parks. From Fort Funston's sandy cliffs to the peaceful trails of Marin, we've learned the ins and outs of where dogs can roam safely and joyfully.

We understand leash laws, beach rules, and trail etiquette. That knowledge means every excursion is safe, respectful, and perfectly tailored to the dogs in our care.

The idea for WoofWellness Excursions came naturally: combine our love for dogs with our love for the outdoors. We noticed so many Bay Area pet parents juggling busy work lives, often feeling guilty that their dogs weren't getting the activity and enrichment they craved.

We wanted to bridge that gap, to create a service that gave dogs the adventure time they deserve, while giving owners peace of mind. WoofWellness Excursions is more than a business to us; it's a way of life built on compassion, adventure, and community.
